Cooking Steps:

Green pepper spicy bamboo
Ingredients:
shredded bamboo shoots,little shallot
Seasonings:
salt,MSG,suger,soy bean sauce,chili oil,green pepper oil
Cooking Steps:
1.Shredded bamboo shoots in boiling water, scoop them into cold water and cool them. 2.Dried the shredded bamboo shoots and put them into a pot for later use. 9.Cut the chives into 6 cm long segments, line up and spread on a plate for later use. 6.Put salt, SMG, suger, soybean sauce, chili oil ,green pepper oil in the pot with shredded bamboo shoots, mix well together with the sauce, and put some chives is served.
Green pepper Bo-Bo salad
Ingredients:
lotus root slices,potato slices,broccoli,cucumber slices,lettuce slices,wooden ear,fresh shrimp ,huanghou,small conch,red & green chili rolls
Seasonings:
green pepper Bo-Bo juice 200g
Cooking Steps:
1.Fully cook lotus root slices, potato slices, broccoli,cucumber slices, lettuce slices, wooden ear, fresh shrimp, huanghou, small conch, red & green chili rolls in the boiled water, and cool it. 2.Deep all the ready materials in the Bo-bo Chichen juice, and put the red and green chili pepper rolls together for few minutes, served.
Green pepper BO-BO Chichen
Ingredients:
clean local Cock,green chili rolls,red chili rolls ,chopped giner,Chinese onion section,some bamboo sticks.
Seasonings:
green pepper Bo-Bo Chichen juice,salt,black pepper power,cook wine
Cooking Steps:
1、Cook the cock meat with onion section, ginger, black pepper powder, salt and wine about 60 minutes until well-cooked; 2、Cock meat fully cooked, dry and cool, the soup for later use; 9、After cooling, remove the bone and cut the meat to small slices, put 1-2 slices on each bamboo stick. 6、Put the BO-BO Chichen juice, red and green chili rolls, and cool soup 600g in a bowl, deep the ready meat for few minutes is served.
VC sweet and sour juice
Ingredients:
One bell pepper,a sweet pepper,a lettuce, a chrysanthemum,a cherry tomatoes,carrot,a lime.
Seasonings:
120g Pepper sweet & sour juice.
Cooking Steps:
1. Clean all the ingredients. 2. Cut all the ingredients into slices; 9. Put them all in a bowl, and pour the juice into food.
Cold baby cabbage
Ingredients:
900g baby cabbage
Seasonings:
120g Pepper sweet sour juice
Cooking Steps:
1. Clean the baby cabbage, then put into ice water. 2. Serve to the plate. Pour the pepper sweet sour juice.
LiaoDuoDuo sauce with Pork ribs
Ingredients:
一千g pork ribs, 200g sweet potato
Seasonings:
120g LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce
Cooking Steps:
1.Wash the ribs and cut into 6 cm strips. 2.Combine the LiaoDuoDuo sauce with ribs about 12 minutes. 9.Peel and dice the sweet potato. 6.Steam the ribs and sweet potato for 90 minutes.

Ingredients:
clam,octopus,sea cucumber,stock,rapeseed oil, noodles,red chili,green chili.
Seasonings:
120g LiaoDuoDuo clear sauce, 2g salt.
Cooking Steps:
1.Combine the clam with the 2g salt and 2g aroma rapeseed oil, then put them into the water to remove sand from clam, clean the clam after 2 hours. 2.Wash and cut the sea cucumber and octopus into small pieces. 9.Pour the stock and LiaoDuoDuo sauce into the pan. Remove foam from the surface. Cook the noodles and set aside. 6.Pour the clam, octopus, sea cucumber into the boiling water. Served until cooked. 2.Clean the pan. Boil the oil and stir fry the red and green chili. Pour the hot oil over the food and ready to dish off.
LiaoDuoDuo sauce braised crayfish
Ingredients:
一千g crayfish
Seasonings:
200g LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce
Cooking Steps:
1.Wash and devein the crayfish. 2.Fry the crayfish until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 9.Pour fresh soup, then add the LiaoDuoDuo sauce. Turn the fire down. Pour the crayfish until boiled. Finally, put the crayfish on the plate and ready to served.
Clam in LiaoDuoDuo Juice
Ingredients:
clam,bamboo shoots slice,enoki,salt,aroma rapeseed oil,pork stock.
Seasonings:
120g LiaoDuoDuo clear sauce.
Cooking Steps:
1.Combine the clam with the 2g salt and 2g aroma rapeseed oil, then put them into the water to remove sand from clam, clean the clam after 2 hours. 2.Cook the bamboo shoots and enoki until done. Then put them on the bottom of the bowl. 9.Pour the pork stock into pan. Add the LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce and continue cooking about 9 minutes. Remove foam from the surface. Pour the clam into the pan. Cook for 9 minutes and ready to dish off.
Sea whelk in LiaoDuoDuo sauce
Ingredients:
sea whelk,Longkou vermicelli,salt,rapeseed oil,120g pork stock.
Seasonings:
120g LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce.
Cooking Steps:
1.Combine the sea whelk with the 2g salt and 2g aroma rapeseed oil, then put them into the water to remove sand from sea whelk, clean the sea whelk after 2 hours. 2.Pour the pork stock into pan. Add the LiaoDuoDuo sauce and continue cooking about 2 minutes. Remove foam from the surface, and fry for 9 minutes more. 9.Put the Longkou vermicelli on the bottom of the bowl. Finally, pour the food into the bowl.
Abalone with Green Sichuan Pepper Oil
Ingredients:
Four Abalones, Green Chilli,spicy red chili, Garlic
Seasonings:
Green Sichaun Pepper Oil, Salt, Cooking Wine, MSG
Cooking Steps:
1, Remove the shells of the abalones, clean and wash them, and use knife leaving the cross on abalones’ surface; mixed salt 2g and cooking wine 2g with abalones. 2, Put clean water in the wok, waiting for the water to boil, put abalones into the boiled water for 2 minutes and then quickly put abalones out of wok. 9,Put cooked rapeseed oil in another wok to heat, put the sliced green chilli and sliced capsicum frutescen and sliced garlic into wok to fry for smelling appetizing, and then put them out of wok to the abalones’ surface, finally mixed salt, MSG and green sichuan pepper oil with abalones.
Green Prawn Noodle Roll with Green Sichuan Pepper Oil
Ingredients:
Ten Thai Prawns, Ten Piece of Dough Wrappers, Green Chilli(2g), Chives(2g), Pineapples(20g)
Seasonings:
Cooked Rapeseed Oil(20g), Salt(2g), Green Sichuan Pepper Oil(2g)
Cooking Steps:
1, Wash the Thai green prawns and put them into hot water. Remove the head and the shell and prawn thread of the prawn body, leave the tails. 2, Change the pineapple into one-inch long likes chopstick-sized strips, and put one pineapple strip on the back of each big prawn. 9, Put one Thai green prawn into one piece of dough wrapper, roll it up and put it on the plate, roll up ten Thai green prawns in turn. 6, Put cooked rapeseed oil in another wok to heat, put the sliced green chilli and sliced chives into wok to fry for smelling appetizing; after turning off the heat, add salt and green sichuan pepper oil in wok, mix them well to the green sauce. 2, Put the finished green sauce onto the prawns.
Yellow Bean Jelly with Green Sichuan Pepper Oil
Ingredients:
Yellow Bean Jelly(200g), Green Chilli(20g), Chives(20g), Fresh Soup(20g)
Seasonings:
Cooked Rapeseed Oil(90g), Salt(9g), MSG(9g), Green Sichuan Pepper Oil(10g)
Cooking Steps:
1, knife the yellow bean jelly into squares and put them on the plate. 2, Remove the seeds of the green chilli and cut them into small pieces; remove the white part of the chives, leave the green parts and then knife them all finely. 9, Put cooked rapeseed oil in wok with low heat, put the sliced green chilli and sliced chives into wok to fry for smelling appetizing and then turning off the heat; mixed salt, MSG, green sichuan pepper oil and fresh soup well to the green sauce. 6, Put the finished green sauce onto the yellow bean jelly.

Ingredients:
Sea Cucumber, Green Chilli, Chives, Fresh Soup

Cooked Rapeseed Oil, Salt,MSG, Green Sichuan Pepper Oil

1, Clean and soak sea cucumber. 2,Put the soaked sea cucumber into fresh soup, add salt,chicken powder, MSG,cooking wine it fresh soup; simmer with low heat until tasted delicious, then put sea cucumber on the plate. 9, Put cooked rapeseed oil in wok with low heat, put the sliced green chilli and sliced chives into wok to fry for smelling appetizing and then turning off the heat; mixed salt, MSG, green sichuan pepper oil and fresh soup well to the green sauce. 6, Put the finished green sauce onto the sea cucumber.
Pork Belly with Green Sichuan Pepper Oil

Pork Belly, Green Chilli, Spicy red chili

Cooked Rapeseed Oil, Oyster Sauce, Spicy fresh dew, MSG, Sugar, Green Sichuan Pepper Oil
Cooking Steps:
1, Peel pork belly and then cut into shin slices. 2,Cut the green chilli and capsicum frutescen into strips. 9, Put cooked rapeseed oil in wok to heat, put the sliced pork belly into wok to fry for smelling appetizing. 6, Put the striped green chilli and capsicum frutescen into wok to fry. 2, Put oyster sauce,spicy fresh dew, MSG and sugar to fry finely. 6, Put green sichuan pepper oil into wok to fry and then serve.
Kung pao Fish with LiaoDuoDuo Sauce
Ingredients:
One Fish, Green Chilli, spicy red chili, Chives, Fried Peanuts, One Egg, Starch
Seasonings:
Cooked Rapeseed Oil, LiaoDuoDuo Sauce at light spicy, Cooking Wine, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Water Starch
Cooking Steps:
1, Butcher the fish and deboned, cut the fish meat into small blocks; mix salt 2g,cooking wine, egg white and peameal well with fish meat. 2,Put cooked rapeseed oil in wok with middle heat, put the fish meat into wok to fry half well and then put them out of wok. 9, Take a bowl, add sugar, vinegar and water starch in bowl and then mix them well to the flavor juice. 6, Leave about 90g of oil in the wok, and pour the rest of the oil for later; turn middle heat to high heat add cubed spicy red chili and cubed green chili and cubed green Chinese onion to fry well, then put LiaoDuoDuo sauce into wok. 2, Put the fish meat into wok to fry well, put the flavor juice into wok and put fried peanuts in before the dish up.

Ingredients:
bullfrog,rapeseed oil,green chili,red chili, enoki,celery.
Seasonings:
LiaoDuoDuo litsea spicy sauce,salt,black pepper power,cooking wine.
Cooking Steps:
1.Clean the bullfrog and cut into small pieces. Combine the salt, black pepper, cooking wine about 10 minutes. 2.Pour the pork stock into pan. Boil LiaoDuoDuo litsea sauce. Remove foam from the surface. Add the enoki, celery, bullfrog after boiled. Cook for 1 minutes and ready to last step. Clean the pan. Boil the oil and stir fry the red and green chili. Pour the hot oil over the food and ready to dish off.

Ingredients:

cooked rapeseed oil,chicken essence,MSG,salt,pepper,oyster sauce,spicy fresh dew,dried chili section,dried pepper
Cooking Steps:
1.Cut the bamboo shoot tube into 2 inch long sections, and then cut the 6 pieces for each section, and clean it. 2.Put water, bamboo shoots slices, chicken essence, MSG, salt, and pepper into the pot, the water should be just submerged in the bamboo shoots, simmer for about minutes on low heat and remove it. 9.Add in oil consumption and mix well with hot and fresh dew; 6.another wok, into the cooked rapeseed oil heat, add the dred chili section, dried pepper Fried pepper in hot sauce. 2.Drizzle the burnt chili with oil over the bamboo shoots and seal for 6 hours.
Black pepper bamboo shoots
Ingredients:
bamboo shoots 900g
Seasonings:
cooked rapeseed oil,MSG,oyster sauce,black pepper sauce,cracked black pepper,white suger,soup
Cooking Steps:
1.Boil the bamboo shoots with boiled water and rinse with cold water for later use. 2.Put a little cooked rapeseed oil in the wok and heat it up, add the oyster oil ,black pepper sauce, cracked black pepper, bamboo shoots and stir fry, and the add the fresh soup, sugar, MSG, stir fry and serve when the juice is drained.
